My name is Carlin (she/her). I’m a recent UC Berkeley alum, designer, and media professional.
I chose to study history in undergrad because I am deeply interested in narratives. Inspired by Saidiya Hartman, I saw history as a practice in radical storytelling: making sense of an archive while “listening for the unsaid.”
Over the past five years, I’ve gained skills in thoughtful design, marketing and publicity, and both digital and print media.
I’m a highly organized and focused collaborator, an active listener, and a lifelong creative.
